Bobcat needed a better way to keep dealers and sales reps active, informed, and motivated. The legacy rewards program was expensive and slow: points were swapped for physical items shipped from the UK to markets as far as Africa. Our goal: design a modern, engaging system that’s fun to use, easy to scale, and cost-effective to run.

Visible (and Instant)
We redesigned Bobcat Club as a fully digital, gamified platform. It rewards everyday actions (sales, surveys, campaign participation) with points, but also gamification elements like badges, levels, and leaderboards. Recognition is immediate via in-app notifications and a clear activity timeline. Instead of shipping boxes, users redeem gift cards, cutting cost and complexity.

We swapped delayed, expensive logistics for instant recognition and simple digital rewards.
The game mechanics make progress feel tangible, the admin complexity drops, and the whole system is easier to adapt across markets and teams.
