About

Digitalisation

Digital isn’t a buzzword for us — it’s how we make work easier. We choose (or build) tools that actually fit the job, keep them simple to use, and make sure technology serves people,
not the other way around.

THE CHALLENGE

When The
ecosystem
doesn’t connect

Lots of teams have to live with the mess of several legacy platforms, scattered local files, manual copy-pasting, and content no one can find. Marketing becomes part-IT, part-firefighting.

The real problem usually isn’t “bad tech”. It’s choosing the wrong tool for the job, or rolling it out without fixing the underlying issues.
To make things worse, vendors and agencies often push the tool they sell, not the one you really need.

How we work

WHAT TO CONSIDER
BEFORE YOU pick the tools

We focus on how your team actually works, who does what, when, and why, before we talk about platforms. That lets us define the smallest, clearest setup that solves the real problem, not a theoretical one. We map the workflow, name the gaps, and choose the lightest way to close them.

We don’t chase trends or shiny new features. Our goal is a system people understand on day one, with fewer moving parts to maintain.

KEY INSIGHT

We always start with the goal, not the tool. If something you already pay for can do the job, we’ll use it. If it can’t, we’ll add exactly what’s missing — nothing more.

FUNCTION OVER FASHION

EFFECTIVENESS BEATS TRENDS OR NAMES

Teams are often sold a solution because the agency resells it, not because it fits. We’re tool-agnostic: no quotas, no vendor lock-in, no kickbacks. Sometimes the best choice is a well-known platform; other times a small custom build is faster, easier, and cheaper over time.

That’s our rule of thumb: pick what fits the job and the budget, not what looks the most impressive on a slide. Instead of hiding behind a logo and calling it day, we help companies be brave and really get their money’s worth.

WHAT REALLY WORKS

OUR LEARNINGS & TAKEAWAYS

Want to make your digital ecosystem healthier? Here’s a few things we picked up
when fixing or designing digital process for our clients.

Fix the
process first

Define the problem before changing the system. Map the steps and user needs, then choose the tool.

Keep
it simple

Fewer tools that talk
to each other beat giant ecosystems that don’t.

Ignore
labels

Use off-the-shelf where it fits, but consider building light custom solutions when it’s cheaper or a better
fit than a big-name platform.

Create once,
reuse everywhere

Pull information or assets from the same source
of truth where possible.

Make interfaces
human

Keep tools user-friendly, intuitive and accessible: think mobile-friendly, clickable target size, legibility thanks to contrast ratio etc.

Measure adoption, not just uptime

Watch who’s using what, fix bottlenecks quickly. Retire
tools that just add noise.

LISTEN
TO FEEDBACK

Remember that the launch is not the finish line. Be open to feedback from real users and implement it.

STAY
AGILE

Build in small steps, release soon and often to keep things moving forward.

CLIENTS &
COLLEAGUES

IN THEIR OWN WORDS

Switching systems or adding new tools is a big decision. We needed something that fit how we really work, not a generic “one size fits all” platform. Thanks to that approach, we avoided a lot of risk and a lot of costly fixes later on.

Marina Kamynina
Develon

We never start with “Let’s use tool X.” First we map how things really work and what people actually need. Only then does it make sense to even talk about platforms. Otherwise you’re just painting over problems instead of solving them.

Jan Kaše
Big Time

We’re not married to a platform or a software logo. Tools change, trends come and go. What counts is what actually works for that client, in that setup, with their people (and customers).
